HIEDB is represented on and supports the Hawai`i County Mayor’s Energy Advisory Commission; the Hawai`i County Geothermal Working Group; Hawaii Clean Energy Initiative (HCEI) and other efforts committed to clean and renewable energy. HIEDB is also working closely with the Hawai`i Renewable Energy Development Venture (HREDV) a project of PICHTR, the Pacific International Center for High Technology Research.
