HIEDB 12th Annual Golf Tournament – Oct 27th 2017 – Hualalai at Four Seasons Resort

REGISTRATION – Annual Member and Guest Golf Tournament – Friday, October 27th 2017

Hawai`i Island Economic Development Board (HIEDB) and Hawai`i Leeward Planning Conference are once again teaming up to co-host our annual golf tournament held at the prestigious Nicklaus designed Hualālai Golf Course at the Four Seasons Resort Hualālai at Historic Ka‘ūpūlehu.

All members and affiliates of HIEDB and HLPC, and their guests are invited to participate.  This year’s tournament is a two-player, select drive, net better ball, shot gun start at 8:30 a.m.  followed by a post-tournament awards gathering with a live auction, drinks, heavy pupu and entertainment at the Hualālai Grille.

This is the 22nd annual tournament for HLPC and the 12th for HIEDB.  Following our tournament tradition the 22nd placed team wins the Grand Prize in honor of HLPC and the 12th placed team wins the Grand Prize in honor of HIEDB.  The Tournament Championship prize will be awarded to the team who places first.

There will be on-course competitions such as a Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, Banana Ball, Pro-Drive and numerous other opportunities for great fun, friendly competition and prizes.  And, the lucky player who shoots a Hole-in-One wins a new car from De Luz Chevrolet!

This annual tournament is an excellent opportunity for fellowship and coaction, and fun for our membership.  We look forward to a successful event for HLPC and HIEDB as well as a great day of camaraderie and sportsmanship at Hualālai.

The 2017 tournament registration packet, including sponsorship and prize contribution opportunities, is attached.   This year’s tournament is limited to 80 players- early registration is recommended to ensure your team(s) entry.  The registration deadline is October 20th.
