  It is with profound sadness that we acknowledge the passing of former, long-time HIEDB Director Barry Mizuno. In addition to his many years of service and contribution to HIEDB, he was a former Hawaii County Managing Director, UH Reagent, and Manager of PGV.  He will be missed.
